It’s a place where everyone knew each other and you always felt safe. She carried that feeling into the workspace, creating an environment that’s inviting, human, and deeply rooted in connection. The result is an office that feels both elevated and nostalgic, a modern expression of the places that first taught us what comfort and community look like.
Avenir Creative designed Topeka's first boutique lifestyle hotel, creating a locally rooted hospitality experience within a market not traditionally associated with boutique hotels. Since opening in 2019, Cyrus has established itself as one of the city's most recognized hospitality properties. Seven years after opening, it remains the #1 ranked hotel in Topeka on Tripadvisor, maintains a 4.6 guest rating, and has received Travelers' Choice recognition. The property was also named 2023 Best Hotelier of the Year by the Kansas Restaurant & Hospitality Association.
